Bios of Founders

Meredith Soelberg MPT, MBA

Meredith is a licensed physical therapist whose credentials include a BS and MBA from the University of IL, Champaign-Urbana, and a Master’s degree in physical therapy (MPT) from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago.  She built a strong foundation by beginning her career at the distinguished Rush University Medical Center in Chicago.  Her clinical experience spans the range of virtually every clinical setting including acute care, critical care, neonatal intensive care, short and long term rehabilitation, outpatient orthopedics and neurological rehabilitation, skilled nursing, home health, private practice, and the school system.  She has treated people of all ages coping with a broad spectrum of illnesses and painful conditions.  Meredith has also worked as a consultant to Fortune 500 medical device companies with state-of-the art devices for pain management as well as in clinical research working with clients developing cutting-edge therapies to assist people in pain.

Lane Soelberg MBA

Lane has 15 years of experience as a marketing executive and consultant in various industries including the healthcare industry and he is the founder of COOP Ventures, a marketing consulting firm.  He began his career at the highly acclaimed Leo Burnett Worldwide in Chicago and has held executive positions at other top agencies including TBWA / Chiat  / Day in Los Angeles.  He is a guest lecturer at UC Irvine and the University of Illinois on digital marketing and he sits on expert panels at industry conferences regularly.  His primary focus has been to help marketers build and engage with on-line communities; he enables community members to find the most information and to help one another through user-generated content. Lane earned his BS and MBA from The University of IL, Champaign-Urbana.
